A new 41 level building in downtown Auckland featuring a 250 key hotel and 30 luxury apartments above.

Dalman Architects is working with Australian lead architects Scott Carver to deliver this impressive building, to be constructd by Icon and developed by 94 Feet.

Heritage façades fronting onto Albert Street and St Patrick's Square are being retained.

This building is currently under construction.
