Central City Draft Plan

Richard Dalman presented the company's submission on the Draft Plan to the Council on the 12th of October.

Included in the submission was the Dalman Architecture proposal for GO: Garden Oasis. This design for a medium density inner city housing development is located between Welles St and Dundas St on Council owned land, and could be developed immediately.
