Central City Draft Plan

The Christchurch City Council post earthquake Central City Draft Plan has been released. Our view is that it contains many positive ideas, particularly in Volume 1. We do believe, however, that the second volume contains a number of rules that will limit and constrain central city development.

We suggest that people with property interests in the central city study the Draft Plan in detail and make submissions before the closing date of 16 September 2011.
