Gunyah Homestead Restoration

Gunyah Homestead (circa 1912) situated at Glenroy, Mid-Canterbury, was significantly damaged during the 4th September earthquake.

Dalman Architecture were engaged to assist with the repair and restoration of this stately heritage homestead.

This work is nearing completion, and the results are impressive in both the quality and visual outcome, and the collaborative efforts of the owner, builder, engineer, and Dalman Architecture.

It is a credit to all involved and pleasing that during the more recent 22nd February earthquake the house suffered no further damage.
