Pescatore is The George Hotel's premier restaurant.
This total refurbishment included three distinct areas; the white anteroom where diners are greeted and their palettes cleansed, the main restaurant area, and the private dining space which is a meeting room by day and a private dining space by night.
The Pescatore refurbishment has been designed to complement Andrew Brown's innovative food and is one of New Zealand's leading dining experiences.
