Rotorua Novotel

Dalman Architecture were the interior designers for the upgrade of the Novotel Rotorua Lakeside Hotel restaurant. The brief was to provide a restaurant with a modern bistro feel and encourage lunch and evening use by the general public whilst maintaining the hotel buffet service.

Natural design references such as the fire column, kowhai pendants, a palm planter, watery colours, and a variety of seating types were used in the design to create different zones within the large space.
