Christchurch City Council Offices

This proposal was one of three finalists for a site for the new City Council offices to house 1000 council staff and public facilities. The concept was about creating a front door and gateway from the city into the council building to make it accessible, and pushing the building back from the streetline to create a square that acts as a public space. It was a mixed use development featuring retail, apartments, hotel, restaurants and bars.
